Companies presenting their model home (homes) open the house to visitors and their sales person provides detailed information regarding the company's market offer.

The "Village" plans on displaying about 100 model homes which will be installed in stages - I^st phase is 20 houses.

The exhibition of finishing materials, presented in a very modern and attractive form, will be located in a exhibition hall of 1200 m². The exhibition will be permanent with additional periodical or one-time events. We want to show new products, interesting technical and stylistic solutions as well as the newest decorating trends. There will be a possibility to organise exhibitions and presentations for individual producers and design companies.

All forms of seminars and products presentations may be organised at the "Village". These include:

• installation shows, sales meetings and other directed to specialists and people from the industry;
• presentations organised for individual clients;
• conferences, seminars;
• meetings, anniversaries;
• sales of technical construction books;

It is also possible for other companies non-related with the construction market to rent conference rooms.

The "Village" area is open to all visitors. Our skilled management and highly qualified employees guarantee professional assistance in organising any business events. Good location (easy communication from whole Poland) and access to hotel facilities are of a big advantage.

The "Village" will offer a full package of services to the client including consulting specialists available to answer all and any doubts or concerns which includes architect's advice concerning house design, exterior or interior finish, experts appraisement of the construction work, verification of plans, cost accounting etc.

Co-operation with mortgage banks and legal consulting regarding property ownership, building codes and others open to individual clients and companies.
